We provide payment processing via UPI, cards, net banking, and other permitted rails. You agree to comply with applicable laws and network rules (e.g., RBI, NPCI, card schemes).
Fees are communicated in your merchant agreement or pricing schedule. Settlement timelines depend on acquiring partners and bank working days. We may set off chargebacks, refunds, or penalties.
We implement reasonable safeguards for transaction and personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance or third-party outages may affect uptime.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid to us in the preceding three months.
We may suspend or terminate access for suspected fraud, non-compliance, or risk concerns. You may stop using the Services at any time.
